Meet Michael Manson, the Owner/Operator of PMI – Little Town, and a seasoned professional with a remarkable background that seamlessly merges the realms of real estate and Information Technology (IT). Michael's journey in the Real Estate industry began in 2005, and over the years, he has honed his skills and expertise.
In 2008, Michael took a significant step in his career by establishing his own company, a move that not only showcased his entrepreneurial spirit but also allowed him to delve into another passion—Information Technology. Recognizing the growing importance of IT in the real estate landscape, Michael pursued and excelled in this field. In 2011, he graduated with honors from American Public University, specializing in Information Technology Management.
The convergence of Michael's real estate prowess and IT acumen became even more evident as he transitioned to working with small IT consultation firms. His dedication and proficiency in IT management led him to the government sector, where he served as a Senior IT Project Manager in 2015.
However, Michael's heart always remained in real estate, and in 2017, he returned to his roots. Michael not only resumed his real estate activities but also took a leadership role in a real estate investment group. This blend of experience uniquely positions him as a key figure in the property management sector, where he seamlessly integrates his comprehensive knowledge of real estate with the strategic and technical insights gained through his IT management roles.

Sally recently joined PMI Little Town as an Account Executive. Sally has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, including wholesale and retail mortgages, appraisal, sales and investing. Having been an owner and manager of many properties in Colorado, California and Internationally, she provides a unique understanding, expertise and experience to our clients at PMI Little Town. After managing her own properties for a few years, she realized the benefits of having a property management company take over the many issues involved with owning investment properties. Her passion for assisting others in navigating the management of their properties is a welcomed asset to PMI Little Town.
Della is a Colorado native with a passion for animals, the outdoors and well maintained spreadsheets. In her free time she loves hanging out with her husband, kids, 2 dogs and 4 cats. Her expertise in operations management and her extensive knowledge of event planning make her the perfect Maintenance manager. She knows who to call to get our clients taken care of as quickly as possible.
