Meet Michael Manson, the Owner/Operator of PMI – Little Town, and a seasoned professional with a remarkable background that seamlessly merges the realms of real estate and Information Technology (IT). Michael's journey in the Real Estate industry began in 2005, and over the years, he has honed his skills and expertise.
In 2008, Michael took a significant step in his career by establishing his own company, a move that not only showcased his entrepreneurial spirit but also allowed him to delve into another passion—Information Technology. Recognizing the growing importance of IT in the real estate landscape, Michael pursued and excelled in this field. In 2011, he graduated with honors from American Public University, specializing in Information Technology Management.
The convergence of Michael's real estate prowess and IT acumen became even more evident as he transitioned to working with small IT consultation firms. His dedication and proficiency in IT management led him to the government sector, where he served as a Senior IT Project Manager in 2015.
However, Michael's heart always remained in real estate, and in 2017, he returned to his roots. Michael not only resumed his real estate activities but also took a leadership role in a real estate investment group. This blend of experience uniquely positions him as a key figure in the property management sector, where he seamlessly integrates his comprehensive knowledge of real estate with the strategic and technical insights gained through his IT management roles.
With an impressive track record and a passion for both real estate and technology, Michael Manson brings a dynamic and innovative approach to property management at PMI – Little Town. His commitment to excellence, coupled with his ability to leverage technology for efficient property management, makes him a leader in the industry. Sally recently joined PMI Little Town as an Account Executive. Sally has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, including wholesale and retail mortgages, appraisal, sales and investing. Having been an owner and manager of many properties in Colorado, California and Internationally, she provides a unique understanding, expertise and experience to our clients at PMI Little Town. After managing her own properties for a few years, she realized the benefits of having a property management company take over the many issues involved with owning investment properties. Her passion for assisting others in navigating the management of their properties is a welcomed asset to PMI Little Town.
Vanessa Wittner brings over 20 years of experience in office administration and maintenance management to PMI Little Town. With a strong background in coordinating property operations, vendor relationships, and service scheduling, Vanessa plays a key role in ensuring that both property owners and tenants receive prompt, reliable support.
At PMI Little Town, Vanessa oversees maintenance coordination, work order management, vendor scheduling, and day-to-day office operations. Her extensive experience allows her to efficiently manage repair requests, communicate with contractors, and ensure that maintenance issues are addressed quickly and professionally.
Vanessa’s organizational skills and attention to detail help keep property operations running smoothly while protecting the condition and value of the homes we manage. She works closely with our vendors and service providers to make sure repairs are completed properly and on time.
Her commitment to customer service and operational efficiency helps PMI Little Town deliver the responsive, professional property management experience that owners and tenants expect.
Gary Nicks serves as the in-house handyman for PMI Little Town, providing reliable and efficient maintenance support across our portfolio of managed properties. With years of hands-on experience in residential repairs and property maintenance, Gary helps ensure that our clients’ homes are kept in excellent condition and that maintenance issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Gary handles a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks including general repairs, fixture replacements, minor plumbing and electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and preventative maintenance. His attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship help protect our owners’ investments while keeping residents comfortable and satisfied in their homes.
As part of the PMI Little Town team, Gary plays an important role in delivering prompt service, controlling maintenance costs, and helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.
